All signers and witnesses must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the time of service.

Notaries are not attorneys and cannot offer legal advice, interpret documents, or explain document content.

TopTier Signing Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if fraud is suspected, identification is insufficient, or the signer is unwilling or unaware.

Client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality and maintained in accordance with Pennsylvania notarial laws.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents for accuracy prior to the notarization appointment.

$20 Non-Refundable Deposit must be made before any notarial or signing services are performed. 

Travel, mobile service, wait time, weekend, and after hours fees are separate from state regulated notaraial fees.

A 15 minute grace period is provided. Additional wait time will result in added fees or a rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to appear, may result in a cancellation or travel fee.

All transactions incur a 3% processing fee, which will be added to the final payment at time of service. Processing fees are non-refundable.
