⭐ What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is a state-commissioned official authorized to verify identities, witness signatures, administer oaths, and deter fraud on important documents.
⭐ What forms of identification are accepted?
Acceptable ID includes a valid driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Identification must be current, contain a photo, and show your signature to meet notary requirements.
⭐ What if my ID is expired?
Expired identification cannot be accepted. A valid, unexpired government-issued ID is required.
⭐ Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. Every person whose signature requires notarization must be present with valid identification.
⭐ Can you notarize unsigned or partially completed documents?
No. Documents must be complete before notarization. Blank spaces or missing information may invalidate the notarization.
⭐ Can you provide legal advice or draft legal documents?
No. A Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot offer legal advice or prepare legal documents. Please consult an attorney for legal guidance.

🔷 Do you provide Mobile Notary Services?
Yes. We offer convenient mobile notary services, traveling to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, correctional facilities, and more to accommodate clients who need on-site notarization.
🔷 Do you offer Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
Yes. We provide secure online notary services for eligible documents, allowing you to complete notarization from your phone, tablet, or computer through a secure video session.
🔷 What types of documents do you notarize?
We notarize most document types including real estate documents, loan signings, power of attorney, affidavits, school forms, medical documents, business contracts, financial documents, personal legal paperwork, and more.
🔷 Can you notarize for someone who does not speak English?
The signer must be able to communicate directly with the notary in English to ensure understanding and willingness. Interpreters are permitted.
🔷 Can you notarize if the signer is elderly or disabled?
Yes, provided the signer is alert, aware, understands the document, and is signing voluntarily. If competency is in question, we must decline the notarization.
🔷 Do you keep copies of my documents?
No. We do not keep or store client documents. Your privacy, confidentiality, and security are always a priority.
Fees & Scheduling
⭐ What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several convenient payment methods, including cash, debit/credit cards, and secure electronic payments. Please contact us in advance for accepted methods and any applicable travel or service fees.
⭐ Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $20 to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid at the time of service.
⭐ Do you charge extra for travel, after hours, or rush appointments?
Yes. Mobile notary travel fees, evening/weekend fees, and emergency/rush service fees may apply.
⭐ Do you travel more than 5 miles for notary services?
Yes. We provide mobile notary services beyond 5 miles and can travel to homes, offices, hospitals, and other locations. Additional fees apply.
⭐ How do I schedule a notary appointment?
Scheduling is easy. Simply contact us to book your mobile notary, online notary, or loan signing appointment. Same-day and urgent appointments may be available.
